The large, comfortable room made a positive impression, but the dinner experience left us disappointed, with tough steak and unrewarding service.

the lift was a bit slow and the bathroom could use some repairs. also, the wifi didn't work well, it kept buffering.

While the hotel has friendly staff, a comfortable room, and a good breakfast, issues like stained furnishings and overpriced meals detracted from the experience. It has potential if they invest in improvements.

The large and clean Double Room exceeded expectations for a budget option, providing a surprisingly pleasant stay. Breakfast options were limited, lacking warmth and variety. Although the staff was polite and the hotel location was convenient, the outdated room furnishings and lack of thorough cleaning left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on 24 Aprspacious roomcomfortable pillowsuncomfortable bed
The rooms offer solid size and comfort, providing much-needed space to relax. Having a choice of hard or soft pillows caters well to individual preferences, which is a nice touch for a restful night's sleep.
The lack of late-night food options was disappointing. no room service or vending machines after 9 PM left me hungry. Breakfast timing could be better. by the time I arrived, the hot plates were empty, and the limited food selection didn’t help. The bed was an issue—uncomfortably firm, with springs poking through the mattress that made sleep quite restless. Heating was inadequate, relying on a small electric radiator in the corner, and the room had some maintenance issues, like a hanging plug socket and no TV connection. WiFi was nearly nonexistent, adding to a frustrating experience.

missingWrote a review on 27 Febspacious roomcomfy bedsdecent breakfastcommunication issuesconfusing accesslimited options
I booked a last-minute stay at Citrus in Coventry. The free upgrade to a larger room was a nice surprise. Spacious rooms with two big, comfy beds allowed for a great night's sleep. The receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. Breakfast served was decent, with fresh options. The location, however, is somewhat tricky to access. Signage for entering the hotel from the dual carriageway could be clearer, especially at night. I found the limited kitchen facilities during our visit inconvenient. Communication prior to our stay about the breakfast options was lacking, which led to some confusion. I enjoyed the room and the staff but wish for better dining arrangements and clearer access instructions.
